Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, with a minimum charge of €4. This cost will be advised to you when placing your order.

We use An Post to deliver all orders and a tracking number can be provided for all large packages. From the day of dispatch, shipping is usually next day delivery for Irish deliveries although this is dependant of the courier’s workload and the time of the year. Please allow 3 – 5 days to receive your order at peak times such as Christmas. Orders being shipped abroad will take longer.

Delivery can take up to 10 days to European countries and 20 days for Rest of World.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported. Please ensure that you inspect all purchases within 24 hours of accepting delivery and report any damages via email to fintan@banjo.ie.

Back Orders – If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and backorder the item for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A confirmation will be sent to you when the item is back in stock and shipped.
